Bayview Bay is conveniently located for activities at the Runaway Bay Sports centre. We are located approximately 500 metres from the centre. Buses leave from across the road to Runaway Bay Village Shopping. It is then a short walk to the Sports centre or for the fit it is a pleasant walk up Bayview Street. These World class facilities are used by all grades of sports people and offer a wide range of options for those wishing to get something more from their holiday. Bayview Bay is located close to the Broadwater and its wide board walk for that early morning or evening walk. Watch the sunrise over Stradbroke and Wavebreak Island or try your luck casting for the elusive fish from the sandy beach. Walk down to see the Pelicans being fed and the wide range of restaurants whilst looking over the water toward Seaworld and the high rises of Surfers Paradise.
Looking to take a tour or see some of the attractions and Theme Parks on the Gold Coast or Hinterland. We have Tickets available and can arrange transfers to most attractions.
Reception has a wide range of Brochures available and guests can have a copy of the Ticketmates guide on arrival. If you have special requests for shows please let us know in advance if booking is required. The Australian Outback requires booking in advance.
We are located on the Main Bus route from Paradise Point to Coolangatta so access to Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair or the Casino is outside the door. Taxis are a direct dial from your room.
Runaway Bay is close to Harbour Town Outlet Shopping for those who are on a Shopping Holiday as well as Westfield Helensvale and within walking distance is the Runway Bay Village with Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Target plus a wide range of speciality shops.
Wet and Wild, Movie World, Dreamworld are located about 15 minutes away on the Pacific Motorway and Seaworld is about 15 minutes away close to Surfers Paradise. Transfers can be arranged and tickets are available at reception.
Tours to the Hinterland and the Sunshine Coast and Australia Zoo leave the Gold Coast daily.
All these bookings and arrangements can be made through our reception at no charge. We pass on any specials that may be offered by the operators.
Our holiday accommodations are close to Broadwater boardwalk, situated on Bayview Street on Gold Coast. Spacious open plan living area opening onto the balcony or courtyard provides room to relax in front of the TV or to spend time with family and friends. There are either Ceiling or floor fans. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
